FinCen’s rule imposes the requirement for financial institutions to identify and verify the identity of beneficial owners of legal entity customers subject to certain exclusions and exemptions. This session combines the legal facet with the software functionality. Observe as the experts review the rule as well as the Beneficial Owner documents and how Compliance Concierge meets the requirement.

Registration
The registration fee is $75 per financial institution.  The registrant may share the Zoom link with other staff at your office at no additional cost, allowing you to take advantage of this great professional growth opportunity while keeping costs low.  

NOTE:  This bonus session is open to all deposit and loan staff at your office. Deposit Forum attendees do not need to register for this session.  You will automatically receive a complimentary registration and link. The link may be shared with others on your staff. If your Deposit staff did not attend the Deposit Forum please register for this session to attend at the low cost of $75. You may share the Zoom link with others at your office. 

The Deposit Forum registrant will receive two connections, one for the deposit forum and one for the BSA/CDD session.  The connection information and PDF materials will be emailed to all registrants on April 20.
